In 1930s, at the time of its origin, the house built for the Czech Technical University Institute in the Prague quarter of Dejvice belonged to the most modern of its kind. This conclusion is backed up by a forgotten brochure published by one of its planners – architect Severin Ondřej – together with layouts and unique photos of the exterior and interior of the building.
